Der Film »Audre Lorde – Die Berliner Jahre 1984 – 1992« porträtiert die afroamerikanische Schriftstellerin Audre Lorde mit original Aufnahmen aus ihrem Leben in Berlin. Aus nächster Nähe zeigt der Film so Lordes Perspektive auf die Realitäten Schwarzer Deutscher, Rassismus in Deutschland und die (weiße) feministische Bewegung der Zeit.

Nach dem Film wird mit Patience Amankwah, Bildungsreferentin und Künstlerin, über die kolonialen Kontinuitäten des Anti-Schwarzen-Rassismus in Deutschland gesprochen. Anschließend an Lordes Schaffen als Feministin und lesbische Frau wird es dabei insbesondere um (Rassismus) Erfahrungen Schwarzer Frauen und queerer Menschen gehen.

Veranstalter: Fachschaft Studiengang Internationale Migration und Interkulturelle Beziehungen (IMIB) mit Unterstützung des Büros für Friedenskultur der Stadt Os.
