Ika Hügel-Marshall’s graphic drawings captivate with intense combinations of color. Abstract design mingles with motifs such as celestial bodies, vegetation, or rows of houses and trees to form dynamic patterns – pulsing with shape and hue.These drawings appear in various formats and shapes as postcards, notebooks, T-shirts, tablesets and also as book covers. Ika Hügel-Marshall also works with wood. Roots and branches are the materials for her sculptures retaining their natural shapes she reveals their amazing unique features.

Ika Hügel-Marshalls grafische Zeichnungen bestechen mit intensiven Farben. Abstraktes Design mischt sich mit Sonnen, Blumen, Baum- und Häuserreihen zu dynamischen Mustern voller Bewegung – ein Tanz von Formen und Farben.Die Zeichnungen verwendet sie in verschiedenen Formaten und Formen als Postkarten, Notizbücher, T-shirts, Tischsets und auch als Buchcovers. Ika Hügel-Marshall arbeitet ebenfalls mit Holz. Wurzeln und Zweige sind die Materialien für ihre Skulpturen – naturbelassen kommt ihr Charakter manchmal bizarr, immer lebendig zum Ausdruck.
